UK First Fintech Limited (UKFF) \u2013 Liste der Verbote<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

UKFF hat sich verpflichtet, in unserem gesamten Finanz\u00f6kosystem die h\u00f6chsten Standards in Bezug auf Compliance, Sicherheit und Integrit\u00e4t einzuhalten. Diese UKFF-Verbotsliste beschreibt die Kategorien von Gesch\u00e4ftsaktivit\u00e4ten, Ausgabeverhalten und geografischen Standorten, die bei der Nutzung der Dienste von UKFF entweder eingeschr\u00e4nkt oder verboten sind. Die UKFF-Verbotsliste gilt f\u00fcr alle Partner, Plattformen und Endnutzer (z. B. Karteninhaber), die mit den Produkten und Systemen von UKFF interagieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I. Verbote f\u00fcr Karteninhaber
A. UKFF-Karten k\u00f6nnen nicht an Karteninhaber ausgestellt werden, die in den folgenden L\u00e4ndern wohnen oder dort gemeldet sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kuba
Indien
Iran
Irak
Israel
Myanmar
Nepal
Nicaragua
Nordkorea
Russland
Syrien
T\u00fcrkei
Venezuela
Vietnam
UKFF unterst\u00fctzt weder die Registrierung noch die Kartennutzung in L\u00e4ndern, in denen erh\u00f6hte rechtliche, regulatorische oder sanktionsbezogene Risiken bestehen. Karteninhaber in L\u00e4ndern, die auf internationalen Beobachtungslisten stehen (z. B. der \u201eGrauen Liste\u201c der FATF), bed\u00fcrfen einer Einzelfallpr\u00fcfung und der ausdr\u00fccklichen Genehmigung durch die Compliance-Leitung von UKFF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B. UKFF-Karten d\u00fcrfen unter keinen Umst\u00e4nden an Unternehmen ausgestellt werden, die in den folgenden Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen t\u00e4tig sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Unternehmen, die illegale oder streng regulierte T\u00e4tigkeiten aus\u00fcben, darunter unter anderem:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Vertrieb illegaler Substanzen oder kontrollierter Drogen ohne entsprechende Genehmigung
    Menschenhandel, Prostitution oder Begleitdienste
    Verkauf von gef\u00e4lschten oder nicht autorisierten Waren
    Pyramidensysteme, Ponzi-Schemas oder andere betr\u00fcgerische Praktiken
    Herstellung oder Verbreitung illegaler digitaler Inhalte (z. B. Kinderpornografie)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Plattformen f\u00fcr die Mittelbeschaffung im Wahlkampf oder f\u00fcr Spenden<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      C. UKFF-Karten k\u00f6nnen an Unternehmen mit den folgenden Gesch\u00e4ftsmodellen ausgestellt werden, sofern diese verst\u00e4rkte Pr\u00fcfungs- und Genehmigungsanforderungen erf\u00fcllen, wie beispielsweise den Nachweis einer Lizenz, die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und strenge interne Kontrollmechanismen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Gelddienstleister (MSBs) und \u00dcberweisungsdienste<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Kryptow\u00e4hrungsplattformen und -b\u00f6rsen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsorganisationen und Nichtregierungsorganisationen (NGOs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Edelmetallh\u00e4ndler<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Online-Inhalte oder Plattformen f\u00fcr Content-Ersteller (z. B. Streaming auf Abonnementbasis oder Trinkgeldzahlungen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Regulierte Gl\u00fccksspiel- oder Fantasy-Sport-Anbieter<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        II. Ausgabeverbote
        A. UKFF-Karten k\u00f6nnen in den folgenden L\u00e4ndern nicht zum Bezahlen verwendet werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Kuba
        Iran
        Nordkorea
        Russland
        Syrien
        Venezuela
        Die Nutzung der Karte ist in jedem der oben aufgef\u00fchrten L\u00e4nder untersagt, unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob es sich bei dem Karteninhaber um eine juristische oder eine nat\u00fcrliche Person handelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        B. UKFF-Karten k\u00f6nnen nicht f\u00fcr folgende Arten von Eink\u00e4ufen verwendet werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Kauf oder Handel mit digitalen W\u00e4hrungen
        Drogenbezogene K\u00e4ufe, darunter Marihuana, Cannabis, CBD und Schwarzmarktartikel
        Zahlungen auf Dark-Web-Marktpl\u00e4tzen oder f\u00fcr Hacking- bzw. Cyberkriminalit\u00e4tsdienste
        Internetapotheken, die nicht zugelassen sind oder au\u00dferhalb regulierter Rechtsr\u00e4ume t\u00e4tig sind
        Schusswaffen, Munition oder Sprengstoffe (Unternehmen)
        Gefahrstoffe und Chemikalien ohne ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe beh\u00f6rdliche Genehmigung
        Escort-Dienste oder \u00e4hnliche Plattformen
        Nicht lizenzierte oder illegale Auktionsseiten
        Nicht regulierte Kreditvergabe oder Zahltagskredite
        Datenvermittlungsdienste, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit nicht autorisierten personenbezogenen Daten
